Payment Methods:
Payments may be made by credit card or direct deposit (bank account details will be provided when checking out).
Pickup:
Once you have placed your order and paid by bank deposit, we will start getting your order ready. Please wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up from the Austral Plywoods Distribution Warehouse between 7:30am and 2:30pm (Monday to Friday). Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for loading and transporting your order, as we will not be able to load if it were unsafe to do so.
Delivery:
If you would like your order delivered, please be advised that you must have onsite semi-trailer access, as well as a forklift to unload. Alternatively, your order could be delivered to a Toll depot for collection by you. To have your order delivered please click "Request a Quote" during the order process. We will then calculate the freight and add this to your order. If you then wish to proceed, you may complete the checkout and make payment.
Refunds and Returns:
Online orders may be cancelled at any time before pick up or delivery of the order. (Exception: Special or "made to order" online orders may not be cancelled if production has already started). Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods will be exchanged at our expense. Sorry but we do not offer "change of mind" returns.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions:
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our site or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
